Carole King said it first: I feel the earth move under my feet.

Festival goers in Limpopo will soon feel the rhythm of the earth - the Boabab Beat is around the corner!

The king of pop, Michael Jackson dies.
What is your favourite Wacko Jacko song? Everybody has one.

Legend, icon, moon walker, the greatest entertainer in the world has left the building. His album Thriller, still holds the title of the best-selling album of all time.
I’m certain Micahel and Elvis, the King of Rock, will have interesting conversations about Graceland and Neverland.

A real shocker! I did not even know that the USA had a soccer team!

I really do. I love winter.
Winter has hit Polokwane and I am smiling. Thank heavens for some colder temperatures!
We are close  to the Tropic of Capricorn, so we experience different temperatures than those in Moscow and Helsinki.
(lucky devils! I dream of living in Helsinki!)

I am back from the glorious Western Cape. It was a sensory feast from start to end.
Kalkbaai, Simon’s Town, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek.
From art to food, from wine to sushi. Every sight and taste - a memorable experience.
I also had some great retail therapy!

The recession forces us to have a look at our buying habits and women, being the main purchasers of essential household products, are the first to adapt. “She checks price tags more carefully, goes swopping instead of shopping or shops in her closet, plants vegetables in the back yard, cans and freezes what she grows and believes it has never been more chic to be cheap” says Gigi Carroll, SVP/creative director at Draftfbc in an online magazine Marketing Daily's commentary.
