Sterpark is one of the suburbs of Polokwane that illustrates the bouyant Polokwane property market quite well.

Building activities continue even now when the economy is in dire straits and planning goes on for the future ensuring that Sterpark will remain one of the suburbs that continue contributing to the economy of Polokwane and Limpopo.

All is not always well, however

On the corner of Grobler Street and Cygnus Ave, the street is covered with soil and overgrown with grass. The problem has not received attention for the last 5 years and the deteriorating street surface now needs urgent attention (and more money than had proper care been taken)
