BEWARE of the lawnmower thief, if you live in Flora Park or the surrounding area. A woman from Flora Park calle me recently to tell me that the man she and her husband had employed as a gardener, and given a place to stay, had made off with her lawnmower and weed eater. Unfortunately, she has no details about the man except that he calls himself Nikolaas. Apparently he is now running his own little "gardening service" with the stolen equipment.

To make it worse, the Saturday just after he disappeared with her gardening equipment, here car was stolen as well. She says she is convinced it was the same man. Anyone with information can contact 072 611 6215 or 078 682 8555.
