Soup & Sherry Evening

On Wednesday, 15 July 2009 the volunteer committee will host one of their famous soup & sherry evenings at the Hospitium in College Street. Everybody welcome! Please RSVP with Nancy or Laetitia on 015 297 1268 for catering purposes. One hour is all we are asking; 17:30 - 18:30. I can promise you, you will also be as excited about the event as we are!

You are welcome to register your team at the event.

Information on the following will be shared at the event on Wednesday;

* Supplier details for Team Garments (T-shirts & Golfer Shirt)
* Social Media Coverage from our event during the event, a first for a Relay event!
* Share your Light month

We need the Polokwane community to help recruit teams. There is no easier way than to invite your friends, family etc to the Soup & Sherry evening.

Did you know? We will have teams from as far as Phalaborwa, Tzaneen and Thohoyandou taking part! How can a Polokwane team then miss the opportunity!
