Can't call her a lady realy.... no telephone skills, no customer skills, no linquistics skills, no manners - definitely not an asset to the business and most probably an embarresment to her mother - because of her lack of profesionalism and basic manners I will not return for business there and will surely urge every-one else to look for another repair facility should they need one.

I am also looking for the contact details for her manager or even better, the owner of the franchise in Polokwane, as well as the contact details for EBS head office direct.
