BIKERS UPSET PEOPLE OF POLOKWANE

People living around Savannah Mall, had a tough time on Friday night as a group of bikers played in front of Co.fi till after 03:00 on Saturday morning.

The noise was apparently caused by the bikers who held some type of competition. At one stage, a cloud of smoke hanged over KFC opposite Co.fi.

By Friday afternoon it was clear that some party was going to be held as someone tweeted on Twitter that the bikers, who are apparently from Gauteng, had arrived in Polokwane.

The bikers usually frequent Co.fi on Friday and sometimes Saturday nights but this was the first time that the noise levels were so high and for such a long time.

People living in Sterpark reported the noise to the police. One police vehicle came by but only used the KFC drive-thru to buy food. Later, 4 police vehicles, with blue lights flashing, arrived, but they left shortly afterwards with no result.

People who have complaints could report their reaction to the following people:

Savannah Mall manager: Lionel at 082 886 5462 or lionel@savannahcentre.co.za

Co.fi Polokwane: polokwane@cofi.co.za or 015 296 2538
