Rossinis milk tart special not so special
Rossini had a R20 special on tea and milk tart on Sunday morning.
When we received the bill, we had to pay R48 for two milk tarts PLUS the tea and a cappucino (the bill was R78). When I enquired from the waiter, he went to look on the black board where it was advertised (he said the waiters were not told about the special), came back and told us we should wait as the manager was the only person who could reverse the charge. But the manager was out.
We decided not to wait and I left my cell nr on the slip so the manager could call me if he wanted to.
I haven't received a call.
