We spoke to GM, Bushy Mahlangu, who told us that the franchise was acquired by three Polokwane businessmen who wanted to bring this high profile franchise to Polokwane.
The Capello signature dish is probably their exquisite pasta which pairs well with their outfits - cappello apparently meaning "hat" in Italian. Cappello has a full menu which includes fish, meat and pizza from their oven where you can observe how your pizza is prepared.
The owners and staff of Cappello Polokwane pride themselves in the relaxed atmosphere where the 35 members of staff work tirelessly to bring you the best food and service they possibly can. Three of the four chefs at Cappello were previously chefs at Cappelo restaurants in Gauteng and they know very well what the expected standards for this restaurant are. Every member of Cappelo Polokwane will do their best to live up to the company slogan: Food. Passion. People.
Go try out Cappelo in Thornhill Shopping Centre where managers Bushy Mahlangu and Sidney Letsoalo and their staff are waiting to be of service to you.
*Cappello is on the left when you enter the Thornhill parking area from Munnik Road. Cappello in Polokwane does not have a website but you can read more about the company here. Let us know what you think about Cappello Polokwane in the comments section of their business directory entry here
