From Catering to Candles!

We need 10 000 candles for Relay For Life 2009! Candles will be used for Survivors and in the Lumunaria bags. (Photos of Lumunaria bags on our Facebook page - http://cli.gs/YzZvyA). Eileen Schofield is running a campaign with schools to get candles donated. Absa staff is collecting candles all over the province. Absa Thohoyandou was the first to confirm their donation. Martin Grobler (Absa), Tommie Richards (Absa), Sally Hansen (Pathways Foundation), Sonja Randall (Absa) and Sue Altenroxel (Principal of Mitchellhouse Enrichment Centre in Polokwane) with staff and pupils of the Enrichment Centre. Pupils of the Mitchellhouse Enrichment Centre are children with special needs who participate in mainstream education. The handing over ceremony took place in the junior class of the centre where the smaller children are looked after.
