Topics that were covered to familiarise the learners with the adult world were:

• Social Media
• Absa@ Work
• Marketing, including corporate image
• Fashion show and discussion
• A day in the life of a high-flying business woman

The learners then also met Absa employees in a job-shadowing excercise

Afterwards, the girls had to give feedback about their experience.

• "You need to have a good relationship with people you meet"
• "We enjoyed being treated like queens for a day"
• "We learned about other people's work"
• "I enjoyed shadowing the BAsa employees the most"
• "Corporate image and fashion show and people talking about their careers"
